Leaders and managers from first line supervisors to CEOs consistently report that providing feedback to staff about work performance deficits is the most difficult task they undertake.   Providing corrective feedback is not easy, rarely a favourite task and takes courage and resolve.  However, it is critical in building productive workplaces and shaping the culture of your workplace.

This interactive workshop provides a refresher on the essentials of giving honest feedback to boost performance.  It helps participants to both develop and enhance skills to competently and confidently provide honest feedback.   It is suitable for all managers from those who are new to those who are highly experienced.   It can be provided as a half-day or a full day workshop (for more comprehensive skill development).

It is offered in-house for a set fee ($4500 + GST for a full day or $3000 + GST half-day) or individual places can be purchased on open programs ($325 + GST for full day or $200 + GST for half-day).
